Ceiling-mounted single-dome LED surgical light
The MD Series SDC E700 is an LED surgical light used to illuminate the patient's body during surgical procedures, diagnostics, and treatment. It is suitable for operating rooms, examination rooms, treatment rooms, and outpatient clinics, and is controlled via a built-in touchscreen panel.

The light consists of a ceiling mount with ceiling tube and support arm, a balance and articulated arm, and a light head with 66 LEDs (700 mm dome) or 42 LEDs (500 mm dome) and an integrated LCD touchscreen. Light intensity is continuously adjustable from 0–100%, color temperature is continuously adjustable between 3,500 and 5,700 K, and preset specialty modes (general practice, cardiac surgery, orthopedic surgery, urological surgery, superficial and deep surgery) can be selected with one touch. The dome housing is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate with aluminum elements (protection class IP54), and the LEDs have a rated lifespan of approximately 80,000 hours. Optional features include endoscopy ambient lighting (green/red), dynamic shadow compensation, synchronized control of multiple lights, a 4.3" LCD touchscreen, a 10" wall control panel, wireless remote control, a backup battery (8–10 hours), a medical uninterruptible power supply, a built-in Sony camera (30x zoom), and a medical-grade monitor (22"/27"/32") with an additional mounting arm. Installation, maintenance, and any modifications must be carried out exclusively by personnel authorized by Medcure Swiss AG; a safety inspection is recommended every 24 months.
