The head immobilizer is made of high-density plastic and features an ear opening on each side, allowing observation of bleeding or drainage. Its metal-free construction lets patients undergo X-ray fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI without needing to remove the head immobilizer. The material is waterproof, easy to clean, and antiviral; the water-resistant surfaces make cleaning and disinfection easy, prevent bacterial growth, and are resistant to adverse weather conditions. The system is compatible with scoop stretchers and standard stretchers and is available in red and blue.
